Birth Records
In partnership with the Florida Department of Health’s Bureau of Vital Statistics, certified copies of Florida birth certificates can be obtained.
Primary Types of Valid Photo ID:
- Motor Vehicle Operator’s License
- State ID Card, issued by Department of Motor Vehicles
- Passport
- Military ID
To obtain and use a Florida vital record under false or fraudulent purposes is a third-degree felony, punishable by the terms and conditions set forth in Florida Statutes.
