Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale

The 2017 Delinquent Tax Certificate Sale will be held at the St. Johns County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, Florida. Sale will commence on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 9 a.m. and will continue daily until all certificates are sold. The listing of parcels offered will be distributed in The St. Augustine Record on May 3rd, 10th and 17th and can be viewed at www.staugustine.com (Tangible & Real Estate) in its entirety. As a courtesy, an Updated Advertisement List has been made available. This list provides Advertisement Number, Parcel Number and Face Amount only. It will be updated periodically throughout the month of May.

Concealed Weapon Licenses – Local residents can apply for their statewide concealed weapon license at the office of Tax Collector, 4030 Lewis Speedway, St Augustine location only. Receive Your Property Tax Notice by Email. Choosing this option is a convenient and cost saving alternative for taxpayers. Tax notices will be emailed to you on the same date that traditional bills are mailed via USPS. If you would like to sign-up for our e-bill program, visit our online Tax Payment site (choose any of the search options to locate your property and click "register for ebilling"). Driver License Transactions cannot be processed at any of the Tax Collector locations other than the Main Office after 4:45pm.
